WHETHER you're moving into a new college dorm or just looking to redecorate on a budget, there's a cheap way to display your beauty products.
A Dollar Tree fan has revealed how she used $32 worth of crates to create a stylish hutch.
TikTok user Bargain Bethany shared a DIY tutorial on how to convert plastic Dollar Tree crates into a makeup vanity.
"I’m going to be making a hutch by placing four crates on each side and two crates in the middle. Use the zip-ties to really make everything secure," Bethany told her viewers.
She continued: "Then, underneath the hutch I’m attaching four rows of crates, with four crates in each row."
The TikToker then took her DIY hutch outside and spray painted it gold.
Next, Bethany said: "You need to attach your unit to the wall, I hung mine off of nails. You can nail or drill through the crates."
"I then placed some Dollar Tree foam I cut down and put marble contact paper on top of, inside the crates to create a shelf," she explained.
"Place a mirror where the empty part of the hutch is, and there you have a makeup vanity using Dollar Tree crates," Bethany concluded.
Bethany's followers took to the TikTok comments section to share their thoughts on the DIY hack.
"I think this is an awesome idea and, if anchored to the wall, wonderful for storage and little ones rooms," wrote one viewer.
A second person said: "Thank you. I've been looking for something for my makeup. I was running out of room, not enough space."
"This would be great for a dorm room," suggested one of Bethany's followers.
