The expected opening date for the new business is July 6 in North Square Plaza on McFarland Boulevard, joining Papa Murphy's Pizza and Firehouse Subs in the outlet center.
As Patch previously reported, North Square Plaza will also feature V&T Nails & Spa, which announced its plans last month to open in the outlet.
The combination concept for Great American Cookies and Marble Slab Creamery was first announced in May 2020, with the first store featuring the integrated branding opening in Columbia, South Carolina.
According to the Los Angeles-based company, the new store will feature nostalgic favorites served side-by-side with innovations like Create Your Own Cookie Shakes, Ice Cream Double Doozies, and Cookie and Cheesecake Brownie Sundaes.
What's more, Marble Slab Creamery's “Unlimited Mix-Ins” have been reimagined to “Free Mix-Ins” and Great American Cookies will see its customization now extend to all cakes and cookies.
