It’s not the “Dubrow Chateau,” but it’s still pretty spiffy! After seeking a pied-à-terre in Los Angeles to accompany their massive $21 million Newport Beach mansion, “Real Housewives of Orange County” star Heather Dubrow and her husband Terry, a plastic surgeon and “Botched” TV personality, have settled on a sexy Roberto Cavalli-designed penthouse in Century City, as first reported by The Wall Street Journal.

The couple — who also are in the midst of building a lakeside vacation home in Idaho — paid $14 million for the ritzy residence, which spans half of the 38th floor in The Century building, a 42-story, Robert A.M. Stern Architects-designed luxury condo tower nestled along Century City’s Avenue of the Stars that has long been home to celebs ranging from Rihanna to Candy Spelling, and most recently, Denzel Washington.

The seller was Sergey Grishin, a Russian-born billionaire businessman who gained notoriety back in 2020 when he sold his Montecito mansion to none other than Meghan Markle and Prince Harry for $14.7 million. Originally listed for a jaw-dropping $21 million in September 2021, the Century City pad underwent two price chops before going to the Dubrows at a substantial discount; though it’s still $3.5 million more than Grishin paid for the place over six years ago, in April 2016.

Once they make themselves at home in their new three-bedroom, five-bath digs — known as “The Cavalli Penthouse” — the Dubrows will enjoy 5,300 square feet of recently renovated living space offering up a wealth of custom finishes and furnishings hand-picked by designers Roberto Cavalli and Gianfranco Ferré, all included in the purchase. Complete with sweeping views of the city lights, Los Angeles Country club golf course and Pacific Ocean beyond, the residence has three expansive terraces.

Among the other highlights: a wine room and an office with built-in bookshelves, plus an onyx-clad entrance galley adorned with sapele mahogany parquet floors. There’s also a glass-lined great room hosting an onyx wet bar, marble-encased fireplace and Murano chandelier, as well as a formal dining room that connects to a gourmet kitchen outfitted with an eat-in island and high-end Miele appliances. An opulent master retreat comes complete with a fireplace, bespoke closets and dressing rooms, and a luxe bath sporting its own sauna.

Topping it all off are plenty of building amenities — courtesy of a hefty $5,372 monthly HOA charge — including a 24-hour concierge and valet, restaurant, and 75-foot lap pool with cabanas, along with 4 acres of professionally landscaped gardens boasting al fresco dining areas, fountains and botanical walking paths.

The listing was held by Cassandra Petersen of Coldwell Banker Realty and Tomer Fridman of Compass; Heather Rae El Moussa of The Oppenheim Group repped the buyers.
